We all have times when we wish we could get it together, and that’s why I called my counselling practice Getting it Together. Despite our life experience, our many personal skills and our resilience, at times we all need some help. Life doesn’t always turn out as we plan. Sometimes we get low because of the past, or the present – or even looking toward the future. We find ways of coping which aren’t that helpful. Stress and anxiety tend to make life hard going.
So if you feel you could use some help, make the phone call, send the email. Once you take that first step and we’re 10 minutes into the initial session, you’re likely to feel a huge sense of relief and be able to look forward to making the positive changes you have wanted.
